Casablanca On The Ocean East Tower Hotel Miami Beach, Miami Beach

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, making it easy to move around and feeling safe to walk around until late at night. On the downside, the rooms were incredibly old and outdated, with holes in the wall, rust everywhere, stained linen, and bathroom doors showing signs of wear and tear. The service was pretty bad due to the language barrier and slow response, although the staff at the reception were nice. The dining experience was above average, especially the free breakfast in the restaurant. The facilities need upgrades everywhere.

The hotel rooms were slightly better conditioned though we had a challenging experience when our children got locked in their room for over an hour. The room amenities were satisfactory, but there were some cleanliness issues with stained carpets.
